Can highly recommend them. They held my watch for a few days after the first credit card payment failed. No extra charges for Amex payment. Very good customer service, highly responsive and helpful. They changed the leather strap for free and the watch, albeit second hand, is in excellent condition. They have watchmakers in-house and do a great job making a pre-loved watch look like new.

Making large purchases in the pre-owned watch market can be tough to navigate. I appreciate their return policy to give you time. Overall wonderful experience, thrilled with my purchase.
