Everything went fine and the watch looked amazing when I got it but the date mechanism stopped working after two days and they were great in responding and I shipped the watch back to them and they fixed it in a week and shipped it back. Yakov was very helpful.

What went well - the sales rep (Theresa) was awesome. She hung in there through thick and thin. And, the watch is gorgeous. what didn't go well - the watch took a long time to ship due to a cracked crystal and a very worn out band. when it finally shipped, it arrived with an issue. It wasn't keeping time. in the first few hours, it gained something like 15 minutes. so had to send it back. it just came back after fixing and two days in, it seems to be working properly, so crossing my fingers.

Great watch and packaging. However, it should be shipped to the resort I stayed at in Maui, the package went to the FedEx station instead. We had to drive 30 minutes to fetch it.
