The Cartier watch I bought had water…
The Cartier watch I bought had water damage, and the bracelet had links that had to be replaced. This cost me an extra 2K at Cartier. I feel like the condition was mis-represented.

Apologies that you were not happy with your vintage Cartier. When you notified us of your displeasure with the watch we immediately advised that you can send the watch back for a full refund. We provide return shipping labels. The watch was inspected and serviced by us. The movement had no issues. Cartier recommends new dials, hands, and movement since it's their policy to do so on older quartz watches. We generally advise against changing dials and hands on vintage watches. Best to preserve originality as much as possible.

I was sold a defected watch
I was sold a defected watch, no true they check them before send to customer my come with a loose bezel . I complained and was offered money back , but decided to send to be repair at my own expense

Hi, Sorry for an issues. We immeditaly offered your a full refund when we were notified of the issue, it was a manufacturing defect. Warranty service was also offered.
