PhigoraReviews of phigora.com

Discovering Phigora was a game-changer for me. It’s simple, fast, and delivers exactly what I need without any fuss. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for someone like me who isn’t tech-savvy. I love that it offers a variety of options tailored to my preferences, and the results are always spot-on. No more wasting time on endless searches-Phigora gets it right the first time. If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient solution, this is it. Highly recommend!

I agreed to purchase a Cartier Panthère midsize (27×36/37) after explicit discussion comparing midsize vs large. I received a small (22×30) instead. Despite providing clear measurements using a digital caliper, photos, videos, and side-by-side comparisons, the seller repeatedly argued that the watch sent was correct and even sent photos of a different watch to support their claim. Only after hours of back-and-forth did a partner acknowledge the error and request the watch be returned for a refund rather than correcting the mistake with the proper size. Mistakes happen. What concerned me was the refusal to acknowledge clear evidence and the defensive handling of a straightforward issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend transacting privately or through intermediaries without strong buyer protection.

Extremely disappointed! The indices were attached with GLUE, not mounted with feet. The back of the dial also lacked the proper 750 hallmark or Stern Freres maker's mark. Their response was that the dial is "100% original" and that this construction is "consistent with how vintage dials from this period were manufactured." I've never seen or heard of attaching indices with GLUE on a high-end watch.

Delivery was real bad

Contacted them for an appraisal and potentially a trade in. They asked 450 dollars per watch to authenticate. I do not recommend this business.

sold me a rolex watch with no box after stating he would supply box with sale. I am not referring them to anyone personally or would not purchase from this dealer again because of Coy business practice

The watch took over 3 weeks to arrive. It was shipped to a wrong address. Fedex would not change the address unless authorized by Phigora. The first person I spoke to at Phigora was rude and condescending. Finally a manager came on the the line and understood the issue. Buying this watch was a nightmare. I will never make another purchase with Phigora and Chrono 24.

the seller did not sell a correct item, it said 3 times that it was an automatic watch, but turned out to be a hand-wound watch. and there was obvious damage, while it said no damage. so not a reliable advertisement. and the solution is to send it back for which I have to pay the costs. I am very sorry that the problem was not resolved properly by the seller.
