Lovely folks and they are very responsive and straight forward. However they sent me the wrong watch and it took effort and cost to swap it out for the right one. Still don't know how that happened. However the correct watch is on my wrist now.

Difficult transaction
I had to out of my way to pickup the watch a few miles up th e road and after trying it on had to purchase extra inks which weren't provided. After all that I took the watch to a reputable jewelry dealer/repair friend of mine to have it looked at and while ordering the extra links pointed out that the chronograph hand was not working. This is a Seamaster, I purchased a Speedmaster thru Chrono 24 from another vendor without incident. I was told the Watch was covered under a two year warranty, just purchased in August. Hope this isn't a preview of things to come.Phigora has not made it easy during this transaction up to and including questioning my friends knowledge who has had his own local jewelry business for over 30yrs. Bottom line repair my watch or expect to have it returned with a request of a full refund, I am not in the habit in getting involved with a dog and pony show, and with price I paid for this item, I expect only premium product and premium customer care, anything else is unexceptable.

A difficult transaction.
The best bit first. My wife loves her beautiful gold 69178. It's a lovely watch.
Had Phigora looked inside this watch before sending it out, they'd have seen the non-Rolex balance bridge and the missing balance wheel screw!
We live in a far away country, so the non-working watch was looked at by a local watchmaker. The local guy pointed out the obvious, but Phigora accused him of swapping out the movement!
The watch was returned to New York, and George kindly offered a refund, but we chose to have it fixed.
Instead of sending the repaired watch back though, Phigora dispatched another customers watch to us by mistake! We returned this valuable piece, and in due course, after months, we finally received what we had purchased.
At no time did anyone at Phigora admit that they'd sent a 5500 USD watch out without bothering to look inside, or admitted that there were fake or missing parts. Never did they offer to uplift faulty or wrongly sent items, and their scrimping on shipping dragged the whole thing out by months. Everything except the final sending of the watch was by the cheapest means, which meant USPS. Profit clearly comes before customer service here.
I'm sure this wasn't their normal service, but it happened.
I suggest to Phigora that you ought to at least look inside 100% of the watches you send out in future, thus hopefully avoiding another fun-sucking transaction like this one.
I should add that this was the second watch I bought from Phigora. The first deal went well and is the subject of our other review.

I purchased a 2001Omega Speed master…
I purchased a 2001Omega Speed master Triple Date for my father as a gift. The e watch came as promised but after opening it to service it my watch guy found non original parts not native to the watch in it. Given that this had to be ready for my dads birthday. I had the them replaced at my expenses. It cast me an Additional 700 on top of the watch price of 2125.00 Would not here again. I recommend that everyone make sure to have the watch checked it.
This is in response to the vendors response.
The watch maker I took this too has been working on my watches for 30 years. So I trust him and he did not scam me. The watch purchased is as I suggested in my review. In any case if anything needs further attention, I will reach out.

Hi. I'm sorry to hear that you were not 100% happy with your purchase. But to be honest, it seems that whomever you took the watch to may have taken advantage and charged you $700 for service/parts that were not necessary. This watch was serviced prior to shipping, as all our watches are. Furthermore, you are covered under warranty, so if there were any concerns about the watches functionality, would have been best to contact us for this.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other issues.
