Remodeled location. No one available at the location to speak with about anything! It's just a stabbing station at this point and they want to take a credit card at the time of care? That is what insurance is for. I hit every possible deductible for this year and they said they needed to approved $100 on my card. I allowed it and low and behold I received an email saying it was hit for $250. I showed the tech and she said...it said $100. It's whatever. I guess I had to pay to be stuck twice because after 54 years of having these veins they apparently know them better. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The branch I visited was in Oceanside CA. The service was beyond terrible. The company doesn't have a human to talk to by phone or upon arrival to office. Save yourself a lot of frustration and use another company.

Very sad lab. They do not report the results so that patients that depend on their lab results can react to try to fix their condition. The doctor still had pending labs so they don't even know what the heck is going on. They don't hire enough people to do the labs and even if you have an appointment, you have to wait an hour or two and sometimes three. They really need to do some quality control. This is a shame. I am speaking for a transplant patient that has complications that need attention immediately. This lab is a joke!

I had a scheduled appointment on April 19th, and was in the earlier much earlier and stopped in hoping to have blood drawn. I signed in and was one of 3 patients there. I was ignored by the 3 techs and patients who came after me were taken & left. I was alone in waiting room and no scheduled appts for more than 20 mins, and continued to be ignored even after asking 3 times because my appt was over an hour plus later.. Techs are very rude and my wife & neighbor also have the same type of treatment. We are switching to Lab Corp which is further from our home. Other Quest sites were great.

I was at Quest Diagnistic yesterday at 15 street in Plano , guy was rude he pretty much said if don’t give my credit card to to add on file he will not give me services, it’s like holding hostage this is not away to conduct business there should be a better way to communicate it .

This morning I went to Quest at Dignity Health in Flamingo Road/Las Vegas. Unfortunately I did not get the technicians name but she was absolutely amazing - the best I have ever experienced! I was always informed that I have tiny veins, have to drink a fortune of water before a Blood test, and to request a Butterfly. Today I was told that the butterfly she had was actually the same size as the normal needle and that my veins are fine. She used the "normal" sized needle and not only did I feel no pain at all when the needle was inserted, but the test was over quicker than ever before. Thank you to that wonderful technician!

Quest Labs is not interested in hearing from Patients about legitimate problems. They are aggressive and take no responsibility for their under handedness. All they care about is getting paid as much as possible for their services by taking advantage of their patients, with no access to actually solving a billing problem. I have been a patient of quest for years. I had been billed $140 for a set of labs twice a year from my doctors office for some time. June 3 I received the lab results for a WOMAN, alarmingly high estrodial and alarmingly low Testosterone for a male. I am a 69 year old male. I asked my Doc about it and he said his office had been having problems with results getting mixed up at Quest. He me I would not have to pay for either the Results for June 3 OR the corrected results for June June 15, 2023. My insurance chose not to pay what had been about $140 to Quest in the past for direct billing to the Doctor. Then billed me $697.67. Multiple times, I tried called their customer service number for billing and continually was a connected with a super aggressive telephone sales person to buy an emergency medical device who had no interest in helping me solve the problem. I eventually write Quest Billing a formal letter explaining the situation and sent a check for $200 just to get them off my back. Which is more than my doc’s office had been billing me direct for the same service. Quest has continue to try to collect the full payment with ZERO attempt to problem solve. This is a terrible company to work with. My Doctor in Bellevue Washington, who was a million dollar annual + client for Quest, transferred all of his lab work to Lab Corp. Lab Corp is easy to reach and responsive to patient concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THE PREDATORY LAB WORK BUSINESS OF QUEST!!

Avoid Quest Diagnostics on Jenny Lind in Ft Smith AR. Angela, the sole phlebotomist, is rude and sadistic. I went in and said, So. how is your morning going?" By way of reply I got "Sit down in that chair!" The needle didn't hurt going in, but she pushed down when extracting it. It felt like a wasp stinging me, and my arm from my elbow down hurt for 30 minutes. The pain is atypical (I've been going there for 12 years), but Angela's attitude is not. I've had it. No more.
