Horrible. The guy who drew my blood was so busy talking he gave me the worst hematoma ever measuring 3 inches. The only time I ever had a problem was at another Quest Lab where the same guy gave me hematoma's twice. Refused him after that. How come this doesn't happen anywhere else. The 25 minute wait was not great either.

I went to my scheduled appointment and their computers were down. Without a physical script my bloodwork couldn't be completed. This was vital bloodwork. No warning. No reach out. Nothing. Lab Corp from now on.

Stay away!!! When patients are late they send you home but they’re ALWAYS late to see patients. There’s nobody at the FD to help out, waiting room is packed and a zoo!! HORRIBLE place, disorganized, not clean and horrendous customer service! You should close down!!

I went to Quest Diagnostic yesterday morning at 8:10 at the Arlington location on Arbrook. Waiting time quick especially with appointment. Met by Faith room 3. I was blown away she actually had a personality and talked which for some there seems a hardship. Kindness doesn’t take much especially like me I have veins that roll and it terrifies me to hv blood drawn. I sat and before I knew it she was done. She was amazing and a lovely addition to this location. Thanks Faith for your professionalism and kindness.

"I recently visited Quest Diagnostics for some medical tests, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The first issue I encountered was the pricing, especially since I didn't have insurance coverage. The prices seemed disproportionately high, making the process financially burdensome. Additionally, the staff in the billing department were far from helpful. Not only were they unable to provide any clarity on the pricing or offer any assistance with potential discounts or payment plans, but their attitude was also dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like they were more interested in rushing through the process than addressing my concerns. Overall, my visit to Quest Diagnostics was marked by frustration and disappointment. I hope they take steps to improve their pricing transparency and customer service, as everyone deserves access to affordable healthcare without unnecessary stress."

Impossible to contact a real person. Walk-ins are nonexistent, appointments only no one at the desk. Finally talked to one Technician when he came out for a patient. Bad attitude didn't have time for questions or answers. Garfield, La Mesa

Quest Diagnostics in New Smyrna Beach FL. is fast and all the people there are very nice and helpful. The person that took my blood is Treneice. I hope I always get here. She was great, painless (I hate needles) and very nice and professional. Very friendly. Had an appointment so I only waited 3 minutes.
