The morons that work at the Quest Diagnostics - Queens Middle Village 6122 Fresh Pond Rd Middle Village, NY 11379-1233 location should never be allowed to touch an individual and have their licenses taken away. They need to take advance training on social interaction. I wouldn't send a goat to this location to have blood taken. They are nasty to speak with and disrespectful and need advance training on how to take blood. Poking and prodding the arm of an 86 year old women to find a vein is inexcusable let alone painful and border line torturous. And trying to force her to drink large amounts of water because the idiot who called her self an expert doesn't know how to do her job, should be arrested. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN.

They love to take more money from people who don't make a lot in the first place. Fortune 500 company doesn't need anymore.

Terrible Lab company - Run from them. they are very unprofessional go to Labcorp instead

I’m writing this review from the waiting area. I’ve been here over 3 hours. I had an appointment at a different location I was not aware of that until I arrived. I joined the waitlist and am still waiting. Their system should alert people if the possibility of having to spend the entire day in the lobby waiting. No human interaction Both in the lobby and on phone. Horrible. Will try to never use quest again

Had a dna test. If what I am reading here, they sell to your ins co? Had one dna done years ago in meds I can take, doc could not read, they did not get billed. In 2003 had bloodwork done, said my testosterone was fine. I am a female. Still looking for them, can’t find them! Lol. This is a joke! If bill comes, it’s going to FTC and Insurance commissioner. How the heck are they allowed. Plus doctors use them ???? So much do no harm!!

Recently Quest changed its website for patient results. Once upon a time it was a user friendly site that allowed physicians to access patient labs, trend patient labs, and easily order patient labs. About a month ago they changed their format. It is clear that their priority is now billing. Most of the webpage is devoted to patient demographics and insurance information and codes for insurance purposes. The lab results are tucked at the end of the page and open in a small window that is like peering through a large room through a keyhole. There is a list of all tests were ordered in the past and the charges, but the results are not available beyond 90 days. So if you want to see if a patient was anemic a year ago, you just cannot. Ordering the tests is like playing pin the tail on the donkey. I have notified Quest about this but they just say sorry; this is the way it is now. They will show me how to adapt to their new system but they will not correct the issues that have erupted with their new system. With their new system I have had patient tests lost or overlooked with no way to track them. This is an improvement for the billers, but not for patients or physicians. Would highly suggest using another major laboratory.
