I am fed up with trying to get blood work done at Quest. We have tried now THREE times at 2 different places. Even though appointments were made, each time, the centers were VERY backed up. At least an hour wait time and there were no seats for myself or my husband to even wait. It never used to be like this so I don't know what is going on now. We did not wish to stand around outside waiting for so long so we left ALL Three times and will not be using quest again! What are they doing?! they used to be good!

Very bad service and waiting allat it’s doesn't matter you have appointment or not you have to wait at least one hour and they have very bad attitude

Kiesha that works there, I had to get my blood taken a couple weeks ago and when I do get my blood taken there, it is very hard to find my veins but Keisha took her time and was very sweet in the process and really worked with me to help me get my blood taken and she did a great job doing it. Thank you so much Keisha you are the best!!

Compared to Labcorp, Quest is 100% much better. Easy access online, not much waiting for turn and fast lab results. Phlebotomists are experienced and caring.

Need real people at ck in area to at least answer questions and make people comfortable. I saw several frustrated patients in waiting room. Some knocking on door for answers. Very sad state for anxious patients. I had a lab specimen to just drop off. No help at all.

Currently I am trying to make an online appointment for lab draws but I am unable to succeed due to extremely poor quality design of the site. Every open time available that I try, it says it is taken while it was there. I close and reopen it shows the time available. What is worse is that they don’t have a customer service to call. In addition to that when you walk in to a location, they ignore you. I will have to switch my service somewhere else. This is a very bad and greedy selfish company.

The worse of the worse, after waiting one month for may kid’s appointment when we finally get there, they didn’t have butterfly needle gauge… and they just say “sorry you will have to make an appointment”

I had an appointment today in North Ft Myers, Megan was helpful and kind and efficient. It was a pleasure to have someone so sweet to take my blood.
