Quest Diagnostics is the worst company in the world to seniors!!!! The location at SE 17th St Ocala Florida has a bus sitting outside their office area to draw blood and if you need a urine sample you are on your own to find a place to give a sample. They have no bathrooms in bus to use. Their are many seniors that use the sampling lab but not anymore, we will go to Lab Corp, they help seniors. Barbara Muchant

If you are happy with nasty pheblotomists, a screwy online appointment system that locked me out on my very first attempt, and a totally cold, inhumane way of dealing with patients, then Quest is your company! They'll try EVERYTHING to avoid actually speaking to you, then if you are persistent enough, will treat you like dirt for actually bothering them. A totally dehumanizing operation, which is specially sad given they are dealing with people's health issues.

#1) no human answers the phone #2) their website and patient portal do not accurately reflect whether you have test results pending or available and there is no one to contact when you cannot find them. (There is a contact, but it must be fake since no one responds.) #3) I have written their “contact” form 3-4 times with no answer even though it claims that this is the way to reach someone. Also, their app similarly does not work - so all of this fake access and no human response - and this is for needed medical care. Do i have to go someplace else to have a blood test repeated so that i can have a prescription filled which cannot be done until i receive my laboratory results. #4) It’s a money mill without concern about patients. I plan to advise BCBS that they should not be paid and I should not be billed. What’s the use of having blood drawn if you don’t receive the results.

Please fix your website, and take more staff.

This review is for Quest Diagnostics 1001 S 70th ST Lincoln, NE. I made an appointment for 9-27-23, have the notice on my phone, I arrive, the computer says you have no appointment. I take vacation for this day, no response by the company, I call 224-306-7577, this number has been removed or is not assigned. I call customer service, 513-898-0646, out of office, dead end, no options. My advice is get find a good physician, do not patronize companies that dehumanize you, they had no one at a desk to answer questions, do not allow companies to reduce your humanity, there are more professional outlets to obtain lab services.

I would have given zero stars if possible. Quest has the worst billing and customer services practices that I have ever dealt with. After receiving lab services in September 2022 through my doctor's office, I received a text message from Quest with an amount due and link to make payment. I immediately payed balance in full of $38.75 on November 10, 2022. Months went by and in March 2023 I received a paper bill in the mail for same services and amount. I called the customer service number on the bill and explained that payment had already been made and processed through my bank account. The representative advised me to email her documents for proof of payment. I emailed a screen shot of my payment confirmation from Quest and my bank statement showing the funds had been paid. I heard nothing else for months and assumed it had been resolved. Fast forward to July, I received another bill in the mail. I gathered all my documentation, including the previously sent email, typed out a letter and faxed everything to Quest. Again, I hear nothing back from quest for a month. In August, I receive another bill for same amount ($38.75). I again called the phone number on my bill and requested to speak to a billing supervisor. I was transferred to Vickey Young who advised me to again email all my documentation to her, which was done immediately. Again, I heard no other response from Quest and again, assumed it had been resolved. However, I am now receiving collection notices for this bill despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through Quest. I have filed complaints with my state's Attorney General as well as the BBB. I will continue to leave negative reviews for this company on any platform possible until they make this right.

Even the best companies will have some 1 star reviews. There are always a few cranks out there that can't be pleased. But when a company has 85% one star reviews, something is going on that can't be denied. Quest has a near monopoly on lab testing in the USA so there isn't much you can do about it, but they suck. Their monopoly pricing sucks and their technology sucks. Their website should be submitted to Harvard Business School so they can use it for a case study in how not to do a website.

I arrived at quest signed in and was called back fast. I scheduled an appointment. The staff was friendly and Ms. Keisha was excellent and extremely good at what she does. One try she drew my blood other places they try 2 and 3 times. Ms. Keisha at Lake City quest is really good and nice. Her personality is good for this work because others in the same office has a bad disposition.
