I recently had a frustrating experience with a company that advertised one price online but ended up charging a different amount. It's essential to share my experience to warn others about this deceptive practice. I came across this company's website while searching for a product, and they boasted an incredible deal. The advertised price was significantly lower ($69 for Vitamin D test) than what other competitors were offering. Excited about the potential savings, I proceeded with the purchase. However, when I received my order confirmation, I was shocked to see that the total cost was substantially higher than the advertised price($242). This discrepancy left me feeling deceived and cheated. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, as I felt that the company used deceptive advertising tactics to lure customers in and then charged them a higher price. Why do I have to keep getting the same phlebotomist that keeps digging into my arm? I received an e-mail from Quest Diagnostics to rate my last visit. I mentioned what the phlebotomus did In which I didn’t appreciate the way the phlebotomist was digging into my arm when drawing blood, as well as the phlebotomist being on a phone call & was irritated with the person on the other end of the phone call. I don’t see any reason why the phlebotomist would take out her aggression on my arm. Later I received a bill for $1400 which was a mistake. My latest visit I had the same phlebotomist & again she proceeded in digging with the needle, as well as when she pulled a tube of blood & inserted a new tube & each time the needle was painful. Before I had my blood drawn, the phlebotomist mentioned to me that my doctor had only sent 3 test to be preformed. When I told my doctor, he explained that there was a list of the test he wanted done & that there was no way the form could not have all the information for the phlebotomist & explained that the form couldn’t have just part of the bloodwork he wanted preformed. This is getting old & very uncomfortable having to deal with the same phlebotomist that doesn’t seem to care about the way she is doing a bad joy of drawing blood. Also, I always receive an e-mail asking me to review my latest visit & this last time I didn’t receive an e-mail to review my last visit, hence me having to find your site to write a review.

Rude and unprofessional. Went as a walk-in to their location on 18th Street in Boca Raton, FL. Checked in, sat there quite a while, no staff anywhere. I went to the window and called “hallo” the blood work lady shows up, and I ask where everyone is…she replies “what do you mean? I’m standing right here” I reply front desk personnel and other. She gives me a low-life attitude, and ridicules me for not using Google and I’ll just have to wait. Too bad for me. I said, have a nice day, and walked out. No way she’ll be the one doing my blood work. I’m at LabCorp now. Kind courteous and professional. I will NEVER use Quest Diagnostics again!!

Never mind if you have an appointment, you're always waiting 20-30 minutes beyond your time. Just ridiculous customer service.

Semina is awesome. I have been going to quest for years. I look forward to seeing her every month. She treats me like family. She is always so nice. And she always takes me on time. She is amazing at her job. And so professional. I would not go anywhere else.

Went for urine test sep7, results 24-48hrs. I've been on phone this week x2,3 hrs each time. I emailed person I made test with. I paid 99.99 of my own money. Simple urine test I can't get my results. I've spent so much time trying get my results. They pull up. I've gotten so many diff reasons can't give me results or my money back. I'm hoping licensing Commission will do something.

If you have another option for lab service, use it. Quest service is terrible. Web site is not at all intuitive. I am not going to list all the frustrations I experienced but I wasted hours trying to get simple answers. It is easier to get a doctor's appointment than simple lab work. Quest is like a rickety old vending machine that takes your money and provides no customer support. There is no way to speak with anyone. In the past they had a receptionist at each center but eliminated them to squeeze another drop of profit at the expense of patients and physicians alike. I want another option.

There is not much more that could have gone wrong. Despite an appointment, I waited more than 40 minutes past my appointment time. No one greets you, you check in through an automated kiosk and repeat information previously provided. They play commercials for their own services at a blaring volume on a repetitive loop guaranteed to cause stress. They did not have the doctor orders in their system. Despite my having the printed copy with me, they tried to fulfill orders different doctor that had been issued 6 months previously. It is a mechanized profit center not a health care service. Ask your doctor for an alternative.
