Website is extremely glitchy. Just went in line to make appt, picked available time slot and after filling in all the cumbersome data fields (because god forbid you should have autofill) when I hit confirm appt it says time not available. This happened 4 times including 2 different locations and appt slots into next week. Just lost me as a customer. Fix your fkn website!

You have to sit there for an hour to be told they have not received your prescription yet. But hey if I wait 5 hours they will call my doctor who is 3 hours difference. Why? They DO NOT answer their phone as a corporate policy. Avoid this place if you value your time.

They routinely double-bill. I've had this happen three times now: Get a bill, pay it, and a then a few months later I get a "Notice of Delinquent Account" letter. The bills are always for small amounts, under $50. But since there is no mechanism to challenge the bill, and since their "customer service" number is unmanned, the consumer is faced with taking a credit rating hit or just paying the ransom. Unfortunately, they are basically a monopoly, so my health professionals have no choice but to use them.

Quest came to our office for the annual blood draw. Seems to me they bring new inexperienced people. The girl who attempted my draw went in thru the side of my arm, wiggled the needle while it was in my skin trying to hit the vein. I had to tell her to get it out of my arm, it hurt so bad. Because of this I could not get the draw completed, I thought I was gonna pass out. Bring more experienced people when you come to a company. That was ridiculous, and I have a huge bruise on my arm now.

was 2 minutes late for my appointment. even though the place had 2 people in it, I was forced to reschedule and couldn't even wait as a walk in. had to reschedule for a whole month out. ridiculous. this is my second try here. waited for an hour the first time only to be kicked out later because I didn't have an appointment

I came as a walk-in because I could not get an appointment. I was at the Paseo Camarillo location, which is seriously understaffed. There was one phlebotomist on duty. There were several other walk-ins; we all had to go wait outside (there was a bench but no shade) when she had to take a break. She was not welcoming of the walk-ins. It took me nearly two hours to get seen and have my blood drawn. She said they do take walk-ins but I should have had an appointment. I said I could not get one and she said I should try harder. She also said they have other locations here in town and I should have gone to one of those instead. Can't disagree with her on that. If I'd known how unwelcoming they were of walk-ins, I would have gone somewhere else. The phlebotomist also complained that I did not know details about my test.

It's been 4 months since the blood test that I had - I assumed the results had automatically been sent to my naturopath but they haven't. The website sends you round in circles, the account verification process is impossible and there appears to be no record of my test. I'm still on hold to speak to customer services after more than 30 minutes. The site says there is a form you can fill out and send to customer service but the link sends you nowhere. This is absolutely infuriating!

I walked in at 3:45 for a walk-in appointment. At 4:30, they told me they weren't taking any more walk-ins that day. So I drove over there and sat there for 45 minutes for nothing.
