We had a appointment for 1:35 with a confirmation number. But we never got a QR code. The office was supposed to be open till 2:00. Girl said they can’t take any tests after 1:30. And screeched we’re closed. I think 3 people had to leave. Horrible

0 stars. I took a test for sickle cell on the 30th. I had to get it in before the 6th. I’m sitting here crying because I lost my opportunity to walk on because quest diagnostics didn’t get my results before an entire week went by. Most sickle cell tests take 1-3 days. I now have to walk on in the spring and wait even longer to try and accomplish my dream. Make sure your health center doesn’t use Quest Diagnostics for lab results.

Absolutely deplorable and a thorn in my side for many many years. Is it too much to ask for a human being on the end of a telephone to talk to to confirm appointments??? Each and every time I go in, they don’t have the request from my doctor. How hard could it possibly be to fix this issue??? I’m severely agoraphobic. It takes a lifetime for me to muster the courage to go, just to deal with this crap each and every single time. I asked the girl at the desk to check if I had a order in “Uh. U gOttA go In FIrsT tO sEE Da PHleboTAmist AnD asK” I did. They didn’t have it. Thanks for the waste of time

Quest has almost come inaccesable. Used to be you could just walk in a receive service quickly. Now you have to navigate a difficult online scheduling platform. When you go in, you rwgister, but you still wait even though you made an appointment. Forget talking to a real person. It wont happen. When u came in the machine to check appointments wasnt working. I knocked on the door. The women inside just stood inside looking at me. I cant even imagine a person with differing abilities would manage handling thw process.

It is terrible for a company to charge $358.00 dollars for a blood test that they charge $70.00 in house if purchased directly from Quest. In no way did they try to work with me to reduce the cost. How can this be legal. It seems like a scam. When talking to billing, they eventually just hung up on me while on hold. Just terrible.

App is so messed up . I think some brainless people has created it . This should be removed and replaced with something sensible . It deserves no star .

Nobody to talk to. They should have someone taking care of their customers. Some of the employees are very rude when you need to ask them a question. All Quests give bad service anytime someone has any type of question. They really need to set up their customer service.

2 weeks no results. I call main number,, aftrr20 minutes holding promise to email results. 2 more days no results, they did get my copay the day of test, they are quick with that part
