Every time I come here they are late. I schedule an appointment for a given time because it works with my schedule. I typically have work meetings and other things to do. They are NEVER on time. I have been to several locations and it is all the same. They need to fix this! As of now, my current appointment was 37 minutes ago and I am still waiting!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. If I kept my clients waiting this,long I would be FIRED

4600 Military Trail— Five stars for personal attention

1-Quest put me on a chat where 5 seconds after I posted my question, I was asked whether "I want to continue chatting" I had not yet been asigned a representative. Then instead of attempting to answer my question, asks for it again, then seconds after, it says that he cannot assist with my question and gives me a phone that put me on hold fopr 10.50 Mins. then representative “Cut the conversation before Customer finished typing his question. Then I called the phone. 2-Person on customer service. 18th Aug 23 was: Autoritative, did not engage in a real communication with customer just the type of “keep quite and I will take all the time that I want stile" . There was total silence in the other side of the line, customer was completely disoriented in regards to what phase we were. She took very long to open the account. When customer tried to ask, she authoritatively again made the customer not be able to ask questions. 3- Finally sent them an e-mail that will probably be answered with a lot of apologies, but probably no changes will be made in treating people like cattle.

Quest on-site personnel are quite competent and efficient: quick, no muss, no fuss. Quest's online app and communication, on the other hand are user-resistant and uncommunicative: It's physically impossible to reset your sign-on by cell phone; apparently their programmers have never tried it. You can't type in your birth date; you have to scroll to it. In entering insurance information, you have to enter the carrier's mailing address. Medicare is a selection from their menu, but Quest apparently doesn't communicate with them any better than with their customers. Even if you've identified a primary insurance carrier, it doesn't come up as a default when making an appointment, and even when you enter the name, it doesn't draw your ID number from your record. Finally, when Quest cannot fulfill existing appointments, they have no way of notifying patients; you just have to drive there to find out. (I found out, having eventually reached a human at their central office, that Quest is supposed to notify you when they can't make appointments. Experience says that they just don't.)

Honestly this company is messed up. They won't accept your ID if it's a picture even though the police will accept it. They also will not tell you the ng/ml ratio to make sure you pass legit. Being on the safer side is not an option with this company. Basically calling quest is a waste of time.

If I can give zero stars I would. Made an appointment with my husband for blood work. Woman said I had a balance. I told her the bill is being processed by my insurance company. She then scanned my Insurance into her computer and said she couldn’t enter my insurance information and therefore can not draw our blood. This was not our first time at this lab. Unprofessional and definitely a breach of contract with my insurance company. Do yourself a favor. Don’t go to quest

My son is autistic and I forgot his orders for his appt he had on Saturday 8/12/23 at the Quest located at 610 N Alafaya Trail Orlando, FL 32826. The Dr’s office was supposed to fax them too. Which when we were called back, I found out they didn’t. Maribel was the one who took care of him and she was wonderful. She knew I really needed to get this done, so she told us to come back Monday morning at 7:00am and ask for her and she take care of him. We came back Monday at 7:00am and she took us right away. This was the best experience he has had. He don’t like needles and getting stuck. She was absolutely amazing how quickly should did it and he never knew it! She is amazing and I highly recommend her and this Quest location!!! Thank you Maribel for the great work you do.

My unsatisfactory rating is due to the incompetence of their billing department not with the medical staff at the facility. They claim they did not receive payment for open invoices that were paid 2 months ago. My bank sent proof of payment two times and called to follow up that the copy of the cancelled check was received by Quest. It’s now been 4 months and my payment is still not posted to my account and I continue to receive past due notices in the mail. Today I went for a blood test and was told I owe money to Quest for the invoices I paid 4 months ago and the test could not be completed. Just a horrible way to run a business. I will never use these people for anything in the future. Customer service at its worst!!!!!!!!!! Rick D. Florida
