If I could give 0 stars I would...Quest Diagnostics on Ralph Avenue is HORRIBLE. The customer service was ridiculous. I did not have an appointment (I tried making one online but it wasn't working on my end) and was prepared to wait however they completely took my name off of the "Wait and Standby List" I am thinking I am making progress...I asked the rep if they were going to be calling my name as my name no longer appeared on the screen. She goes back to check and says "that they can't see me" why not tell me that before removing my name from the list. If I wasn't paying attention I would have sat there for 6 hours instead of 2. Again I knew I was a walk in however let me know this beforehand when you are taking my name off the list and still having me sitting there for 2 hours. The waiting room was PACKED WITH ppl with appointments but yet the office took a year and a day to call those people too. I WILL NEVER GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS ON RALPH AVENUE EVER AGAIN.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience while trying to contact Quest Diagnostics over the phone. The process was a complete waste of time, and I strongly advise anyone seeking their services to consider alternatives. Upon calling, I was met with an annoying automated robot that seemed to be designed to thwart any attempt to reach an actual human being. This automated system was not only time-consuming but also incredibly unhelpful. It's unfortunate that such a crucial service is hindered by an inefficient and frustrating phone system. I encourage individuals to explore other diagnostic companies and, if possible, ask their healthcare providers to refer them to a different company. Dealing with the hassle and annoyance of Quest Diagnostics' phone system simply isn't worth it.

Had an appointment at 12:10. My husbands name was up on the board as the next appointment. His name and several other names went off the board intermittently. A man who had left and registered way earlier was frantic when his name was no longer on the list when he returned.All people were in a quandary. Your board use to keep the names up there until the person went in to the room for your appointment.Phlebotomist said name comes off when they are handling that patient. We don’t know that . Plus waiting a half an hour with no one coming out and people talking in back is unacceptable. If they are having lunch then don’t book appointments.

Tried to cancel appointment because of emergency. Website locked me out. Can’t call them either, just get a recording. Are you kidding me?

Vicky is prompt, friendly and knows how to draw blood! Her easy conversation and experience in handling every aspect of the visit was totally seamless and of allowed me to be in and out in 5 mins! Thank you as always for excellent customer service.

Even trying to pay a bill with these clowns is an effort in futility . The apathy and incompetence is pathetic .

They do no post results for all tests on their portal nor do they release them in a timely manner. Waiting for over a week for standard labs is not acceptable. You are prolonging people from addressing health issues. I will try Lab Corp next time.

Shame on this company for their inefficiency, incompetence, and over working their staff! If I could give less than 1 star I'd give -10 stars. Your appointments get canceled (I had two) and when they finally keep your appointment they see you an hour after your scheduled appointment! I overheard a women describe the last time she had an appointment when the phlebotomist kept the elastic band on her arm and the needle popped out and her blood squirted everywhere!!!! That is horrific! All the staff keeps saying is we have a patients every 10 minutes and we are very behind can't keep up! I heard that all three times I tried to get my blood drawn!
