Quest Diagnostics is filled with evil people. There customer service, if you can call it that is a who's who in untrained, unhinged, nasty people. Whether you owe a bill or not or just want to discuss it, they don't care. They just want you to pay them right away or they will put you in collections. How they are allowed to get away with this, I can't comprehend who they are allowed to get away with this behavior.

I came in and sat for 15 minutes, nowhere does it say to sign in for drop offs. The long haired lady was very snippy and made me sign in. Signed in and waited another 10 minutes and had to leave. Maybe let patients know they have to sign in just to do a drop off they told you to bring back in the morning.

Quest Diagnostics rep advised me it would take approximately 3 days for my blood test results. It’s now been 8 days with no results and no one will give me a date for my results. I had to pay a doctors Co pay and reschedule my doctors appt because I didn’t have any blood work results. Th wet charger my insurance $1500 for a simple blood test amd did not provide results in a timely manner . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANY OTHER LAB, NOT QUEST DIAGNOSTICS!

I called Quest Diagnostics Billing customer service regarding my bill, and I explained everything however they did not understand that I needed to pay copay twice due to the error of Quest clinic that drew my blood. On my doctor order, one of the test supposed to be perfomed on one visit however they did not collect the tubes properly so when I received the result it said the test couldnot be performed due to could not locate the blood. This caused me to do it that test again on different date, and I was billed for two seperate copays. I called quest billing customer service to explain all this to adjust the bill, however, she was rude in explaining and ignoring all my explanations. At the end of the call, I asked to complete survey regarding the service, however she pretended did not understand what I was saying because she did not want me to complete survey which of course it would be a bad review. Please be professional in listening to your customers and allow them to complete the survey to rate your service and do not pretend not to hear your customer. How rude.

This is the 1807 Huguenot rd. Midlothian, Va location.I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO, the people don’t like black people. I schedule an appointment to get my drug screen for my employer they confirmed it then I came on time, they told me I have to wait in the lobby then they took a white man that was a walk-in and told me to come back. Then they told me not to dilute my urine with water before I come back, just very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT GO TO THEM

My girl friend and I tried to purchase blood tests from Quest diagnostics in Branson Missouri. To do this we had to establish online accounts. We both started the process but never received the email verification. We called tech support and were told the website was down and try in a day or two. Both Girl friend and myself tried for 3 weeks, called and was given conflicting information. The last call, the associate told me we had established an account and since we did not reply to the email verification(which we did not receive due to their website crashing), we would need to create another account with different emails. Not sure why a person can't call and schedule an appointment but Quest diagnostics has some of the worse customer service.

Joy, at Dr. Neil Vidwans office is THE BEST phlebotomist I have EVER met! Beyond gentle, I have very difficult veins and have had so much experience with giving blood, if I had not been watching I would have never known she actually took my blood! Beyond great…just plain first class!

If you close at 4:00, but do t take walk-ins at 3:45…..lock your door at 3:45. Also, why did I stand at the kiosk filling in my information and then sit down and wait to be told that whine the person at the front desk sat there and said nothing? I guess we’ll try Marlborough next and see if they’re better. 😡😡😡
