The facility is clean and organized and there’s no waiting to be treated. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was very efficient and friendly and most importantly she didn’t hurt me at all. Her name is Tynese J. at the Lake Success location. Thank you so much Tynese!!

Quest is awful in he Tampa Bay area. Every time I go to Quest it's even worse than the previous visit. For some time I've been of the mindset that I need to take my business elsewhere. Especially after the last visit when people were waiting 3 & 4 hours after their appointment times. Yesterday was even worse. People were questioning why they were having to wait hours beyond their appointment times. An employee came into the waiting area and announced in a very rude demeanor that appointments don't mean anything. She said that there were only 2 technicians working and that there was no guarantee everyone would be seen by the end of the day. In fact, she said, it was likely that everyone would not be seen. This was at about 10:30am and there were about 10 people in the waiting room. That was the final straw for me. If you're too busy - I can help you with that by taking my business elsewhere. I went to LabCorp where I had never seen before. I was treated in a friendly & respectful manner. While people were waiting, the process was efficient and I was seen within an hour with no appointment. I received my lab results first thing this morning. Good-bye Quest. I will not be back.

I am fairly livid to see that, after calling in to pay 2 bills, I had a THIRD bill from a year ago. A bill that I enrolled into auto pay for on 4/6/2022. The day the invoice was received via email and payment was due. Turns out, I was apparently only billed two of the three times. I wasn't billed the first month, but was billed the second and third. So, when I called I was expected to pay all three. I checked my bank statement and that was the same month my bank info was stolen, after setting up auto-pay over the telephone with an agent. I was two weeks late paying my rent and car note due to an investigation by the bank to ensure it wasn't me that made the purchases. Of course, I was still responsible for having the burden of proof that I made payment. My one day off in 2 weeks was wasted by spending nearly 5 hours on the phone and looking through bank statement due to THEIR screw up. Finally, I just paid the damn thing and said to hell with it. You've costed me enough time and monet as it is. At a rate of $30 an hour, you've stolen an additional $150 of labor from me... Not including the agent, possibly, being the one that stole my bank info along with $3,000 before my account was frozen, causing me to be late on multiple bills which accrued late fees, and a spur of the moment bill needing to be paid out of nowhere... With zero correspondence about the over due balance over the course of a YEAR. If you guys still reported to the credit people, I'd be sueing you harder than you've ever been sued in the history of ever. I'm already in the process of seeing council to see what can be done about the other stuff. You're awful. Just the worst.

I am talking about the Quest in Millville, DE. I actually live in PA, with a second home in Oceanview, De. I come down here to get my blood work for one reason. The girl working there!!! She is super friendly, very efficient, the absolute best at her job. What ever they are paying her, she should get a raise. I guarantee you will come out of her care, with just the feeling that it is still something good in this world!

Charged $437 For my covid test. It said it was free even while getting the test I was told no charge. I was billed later.

The Tampa Bay Area is woefully underserved. Try getting an appointment it’s a trick. Then if you find one and go early (because you have to fast) they won’t see you, they keep taking the walk ins and make you wait for hours. EVEN AFTER you explain why you’re there early. Their policy is they take appointments first then walk ins, I had an appointment!. I will NEVER go to Quest inside of the Walmart @3801 Tampa Rd IF I EVER go back to Quest. I’d have been better off without an appointment it makes NO SENSE!
