went to quest for blood tests for one dr. apparently another primary requested tests because she was too lazy to look up tests just done 6/5/2025, just days before. quest took it on themselves(or the tech did) to do both tests without verifying which orders should be done. tests will be wrong as i was also not asked if i fasted. i had not .Always before i was asked these questions, but not today.8/20/2025. i questioned why and tech got weird as i experienced his screw up. i am not paying for his mistake, period. Medicare has been notified, and primary dr is fired. 5 mistakes on record she has recorded and ordered. too much for me

Service is horrible. Had an appointment register from the phone after waiting for 30 minuts apparently phone registration did not work. Schedule another appointment had to wait 3 hours after my appointment before called in. Before that it took 40 minuts to find a parking. Workers attitude is also horrible. All around not even 1 star

Quest is a nightmare to deal with. Charging you when they should not. Can't get through to anyone to get help, always a significant wait. They send people to bill collection, when they are trying to collect money they are not owed.cant get a hold of customer service to deal with the problem. Even when your insurance plan contacts them verifying they are charging incorrectly. They have a bad reputation.

Not sure which lab as they have many locations but this whole company a joke fill upto line for drug test wait week than they said wasn’t enough so now have take another day off work to retake a test when I call their customer service is so rude talking about they can’t talk to the donor my damn money paid for this bs and now and they don’t want to admit they messed up. labcorp so much better

Natalie did a great job finding my vein and drawing my blood. I have had no bruising at all at the site! She was gentle and caring. I highly commend her for a job well done. Also, I went as a walk-in at about 7:45am on a Saturday morning and was taken back within about 5 minutes! I was done and out in about 10 more minutes! Great service! Recommend Quest very highly!

Currently waiting at the Montague Brooklyn, NY location. Called the day before and told my test was quick and easy and to just come in. Arrived and the only tech there asked if I had an appointment. I told him what quest told me on the phone. He said “no one here would say that” very rudely. I said yes they did are you calling me a liar? He said you’ll have to wait. I said I know I’m a walk in and I’d have to wait. The check in terminal told me that already. Now I’m worried this jerk is going to make my blood test painful or mess it up so I have to redo it. Why is only one employee here? Where is the supervisor?

I've noticed that every time I go to the same room there's missing information and incomplete exams, and not just this time. I've also had to go back for the same exams. On previous visits, they've given me incomplete exams. They need more staff, Gold River, CA.
