I typically dread going to Quest, but my experience at the location on Herndon and Chestnut in Fresno was absolutely fantastic, so I’m giving them 5 stars. I arrived 15 minutes early and was able to check in right away. I barely had to wait, less than 5 minutes, before they called me back. The phlebotomist was amazing; she was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. Even as an introvert, she got me chatting like we were old friends. Quest is lucky to have such a wonderful person on their team. She truly made my visit enjoyable, and I’ll definitely return to that location, even though it’s not the closest, just to have another great experience with her.

Took my daughter to LabQuest in Long Beach and had a terrible experience. The male nurse on duty was completely incompetent—he had no idea how to deal with someone afraid of needles and showed zero empathy or professionalism. His bedside manner was awful, and he didn’t seem qualified for the job. We left without completing the test. I strongly advise avoiding this facility, especially if this person is working. He should not be in patient care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE LOGANVILLE GA. LOCATION!!! We took my 3 year old granddaughter to get blood drawn per an order from her dr. The technician clearly hated her job and did not want to communicate with us from the very beginning. She was very intentionally rude!! She was asking my 3 year old granddaughter daughter demographic questions like, what is your date of birth, what is your address, have you ever had blood drawn, etc. after reminding her each time that she was speaking to a 3 year old and she needed to ask us the questions, she continued to ask her questions and completely ignored us. When the time came to draw her blood, I sat her in my lap in the chair, when she saw the needle, she naturally started to get upset and scared. The lady then said, ma’am, I’m going to need you to wrap your legs around her and put your arms across her chest, I can’t have her acting like this” I was floored! I responded with, “I’m going to need you to show a little patience, this is a baby!” It was as if she had never drawn blood from a small child. She continued to be very rough and rude. My grand daughter was traumatized! Of course!! I was completely in disarray at how this lady was actually acting! She NEVER needs to handle children! It was insane!

Quest is the worst company in every way. The location nearest to me was closed without notice due to ac failure. It was not shown online. The next day I wanted to see if they were open but You cannot reach anyone by phone to ask questions. I tried and they were closed again. I tried another location but couldn’t find it. There were no signs and again I couldn’t call for information. The third day they were open so I got the sample container. The fourth day they were closed again. I did find the second location by walking around the mall asking others for the location. I had an appointment for 2:40pm but was able to get the sample early so I arrived at 11:30am to drop it off. They would not take me as a walk in and maintained that they could only help me at the originally scheduled time. They took walk ins ahead of me for 3 hours. I live too far away to go home and come back. They should not be in business.

Still waiting for my results after 3 weeks. They now say it’ll be done a month after the draw. Even their website says the sample is only good for 14 days if it’s even refrigerated. Customer service couldn’t understand my concern. Absolutely terrible company. What a joke this place is.

If I could give less than one I would. I had the displeasure of working with Ivelesse. My Dr. Ordered some stool samples. I was instructed to pick up the kit from quest. That's when the bad experience started. You cannot just pickup a kit. You have to make an appointment to sit in waiting room with only kiosks. Wait 40 mins past your appointment so I can go in a back room to be handed a bag with the kit. After collecting the sample, you make another appointment to drop off the sample. Again, wait 40 mins in waiting room. Finally get in the back and I'm told they didn't read my order the other day and they can't process the sample. WTF. Does anyone care about the patient? The only reason you are in business is because the options for other labs in the area are non existent. This was finally resolved but just added an extra level of frustration.

Disgusting! HIPPA violations.I learned a lot about the person being seen before me-they need to close the door! The tech was gross-filthy dirty, greasy hair. The room was not clean. The chair/table I sat at was not cleaned prior to me coming in. The tech did not wash or sanitize the area or his hands before I came in. The room smelled of human odor-terrible, if any ventilation. No gloves or mask worn when taking blood. The exam room was disorganized, filled with stuff-no order to it. Computer system issues would not allow me to access the test results. I would have left had I had the option.

Non-existent customer service. First of all, when you make an appointment online, they give you the option of bringing your insurance cards to the appointment. Unfortunately, most of the lab technicians, while very good at their jobs, were never trained to make sure all information is in their system. Months later, I have a 'Past Due' bill that was due to miscoding or something, but I cannot get them to answer the phone. 25 minutes and counting on hold. I will NEVER use their services again.
