Setup appt for simple bloodwork arrived 20 mins early hoping to get in and done early. The screen shows who has appointments and you can see how many people are in the lobby. 12:03 pm lady comes out and calls a person that was here before me but she did not show as an appointment on the screen so she was a walk in. They took her before me. It is now 12:09pm. Still waiting and I have a call at 12:25 so need to leave. Why is it so difficult to go appointments first and walk ins have to wait?

I had an appointment with Jean at Quest Diagnostics in Enfield, CT. I have the tiniest veins for an adult, and many just go for the hand, which is usually painful. Not Jean! She took the time to apply heat and find the smallest needle she had. The result was a near painless experience. Please give Jean a raise. She is a most caring and lovely woman!

The question when making an appointment about Gender Identity is totally inappropriate and would seem to me be a violation of the Law.

It's second year we buy ourselves blood test. So far everything good. Most of the negative reviews are about getting back results. I also had some issues getting them, but in the end got everything. Few advices for everybody. Don't try to solve problems over the phone. No ones care there. Make sure you have online account and have access from PC, not iPhone or iPad, it's different. On PC you can save or print results in 3 different ways (simple, standard, advanced). If you have problem authorizing the account (error message after uploading picture), try different phones or the one that you originally used to register.

You name it. I'm reading online reviews reflecting the need for improvement seemingly from the top down. In general the Los Angeles and surrounding areas all have very negative reviews across the board. Customer service, facilities, wait times, online services etc. Read for yourself. One has to wonder if anyone at any level in this organization is concerned. The reviews don't seem to improve. It leaves me to wonder if the diagnostic findings would be correct.

This company cannot get billing right and attempts to scam customers into paying higher prices. Customer services reps, supervisors and managers will not help correct bills.

Horrible experience by a rude drug screener at 18707 Hardy Oak Quest Labs; i will not go back to this location. I worked for Intuitive, a robotic surgical company. I needed a drug test for vendor credentialing, to work in OR's in hospitals. I was treated rudely, disrespected and really made to feel like dirt by the young gal yelling at me during my routine drug screening. I will not go back. I will go to Labcorp. I am done with QUEST LABS as they can't train their staff to respect the patients/customers.

Waited for over an hour as a walk in to drop off a culture. I will never return to this location. They didn’t work walk in’s into the hour. Additionally, I was told I was next after waiting 40 minutes and was ignored. Attitudes were apparent. Plenty of other places with welcoming smiles.
