Understaffed and rude. This area is densely populated and you would think they’d staff it so they could offer some vague level of service. Appointments rarely available and walkin process is a joke. CEO and CX Experience Executives who run this place should all be fired. Sucks. The whole thing. Just money hungry … 17th street - Ft Lauderdale location.

I can not login. I have an email saying I have results. When I try to reset my password I can receive a passcode, but can only return to the login page where there is no place for the reset code. It is extremely frustrating. I also don’t like checking into a place where there is no human reception and no restroom.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 1 visit I handed in a 24 hour urine collection. They mishandled it and it couldn't be tested. Last visit I bought a heart panel to see if my cholesterol had come down as a result of medication. Well that was 2 weeks ago and still no results. Called twice and after being on hold was told they would send the results that are finished and 1 test is holding it up and would be another 5-8 days! Never received the other results. Not to mention when I arrived for the test they said they had no record of my purchased test and the lab worker couldn't enter the order number or confirmation number to do the test. I was sent to the waiting room to call customer service and it took an hour to rectify the situation which was we will refund you because for some unknown reason the test isn't showing up in your account; you will have to repurchase and reschedule. Will be switching to labcorp.

The worst lab experience I ever had. Appointments can be booked only in advance. If you didn't book, wait for hours to come in. Be ready to spend half of your day to GET NOTHING! I passed my tests and THEY JUST LOST IT! After waiting for a week, there were no results, nothing. They didn't even communicate it back.

I gave a one star because you can’t give 0 stars. The only good thing about this place is that if you can get an appointment made it’s quick and easy once you get there. But every time we go, they can never find the doctors orders that were send. So we have to wind up rescheduling we have learned that without the orders in hand, you won’t get your labs. This is just not just with our primary. This is with every physician so it is not a physician problem. It takes three weeks or more to get results back, you can’t speak to anybody everything they have is automated, it is horrible. Will not go back! LabCorp we’re coming back.

I have always liked Quest because of the ease of making appointments through their patient portal and the ability to get results quickly. I had labs done yesterday and received an email today that they were available but when I tried to get into my account, the screen would go blank. After trying numerous times on different devices, I called customer service. I was thinking their system might just be down. There was no mention of the system being down on the recordings and after waiting 20 minutes on hold, I talked to a customer service rep who also never mentioned the system being down. She said she could email me my results and forward me to technical support. She sent me an email but did not attach the lab results. I waited on hold for 45 minutes only to finally get someone who rudely told me the system was down and to try back later. I understand that systems go down and things happen, however I would think someone would have told me that and I would not have wasted over an hour on hold. Also, the CS rep should have included the test results like she said she would in the email. I like Quest but their customer service is terrible. They need to improve.

Hard to make an appointment. I had questions and I could access only the automated machine to make an appointment, that I'm not sure it's in the right location for the exam I need ( that is very specific). One week after making the appointment, I tried again. Their automated service told me to go to the website. I went to the website and I got the Customer Service number to call. I called the number and they said "sorry, this is an automated voice and we can't transfer you to a representative". After trying all menu options, I got to talk to a person, after 42 minutes waiting in line. The representative didn't know the answer.

First had bruise size of quarter. Piss poor blood draw. Tried to access account would not let me. Tried to create new account would not let me. Called customer service they could not help. My advice never do business with company it had been over 10 years since I used this company only reason I did was because my doctor sent me there never again. They have no customer service. I have 3 hours of my life I will never get back.
