If I could rate 0 stars it would be too much for the experience dealing with quest. Horrible. Demeaning. Racist staff. Unprofessional. Scheduled appointment arrived early but no record of appointment. Signed in and waited as this is for employment. Everyone, even without appointments were seen before me. Waited so long for a drug screening had to leave to use the bathroom. I hope people and insurance companies get fed up and send patients elsewhere.

Terrible service, completely waste of time. There’s no availability in the morning for the next three weeks ( fasting test )and the walk-in wait time is around 2.5 hours.

It is so stupid that QUEST Blocks customers from calling the local location of quest. They have never had the paperwork for a lab test my doctor had already sent them. They claim we never received the paperwork.

I've been taking USCG/DOT Drug-screens, for 30 years, at Quest. This morning, I go to the one in Lakeland, Fl. and both women tell me they've never seen a CG-719P form before and that they won't allow me to pay for the screen myself, which, I have been doing for years, and at least 4 times in the last 3 years at this location. It's also nice that they claim, when I showed up for my appointment, that they don't take walk-ins--that's why I made an appointment!. Also, if you're 69 years old, it's a little tough to hold on and not pee your pants, while these folks keep holding you up with useless talk. Never again!

Can I give a 0? The location in Escondido is RUDE. You’re tech there should be FIRED! Lucky for her I don’t know her name. I can’t believe how they speak to people. This is not my first issue with Quest, but today’s experience was the final straw and I had to find a place to do a review. These women are petty tyrants!!!! Quest DO BETTER!!! Hire better employees who actually like their job, have people skills and have some kindness.

I had an issue with my order and was very nervous to try to fix it due to these terrible reviews. Since the reviews mentioned not being able to get help on the phone, I called in expecting not to reach anyone. Within 10 minutes I was transferred to Betty who was extremely helpful and kind. She ensured my order was correct and calmed my nerves. I'm happy with the process so far with Quest!

No sé el nombre de las dos personas que me atendieron fui a laboratorios de sangre y me trataron muy mal con mala actitud, poca paciencia , no me dejaron casi ni explicarle mi situación con la venas tuve que llorar de la impotencia no tienen vocación para ese puesto gracias ..
