For some unknown reason, Quest canceled my blood test after my sample ws submitted Numerous attempts to contact Customer Service have been a waste of time. No one has contacted me. Needless to say no refund has been issued. They should lose their accreditation Find another lab folks.

I went to quest diagnostics in baldwinsville ny that was so bad they are now ghosting me. If you have had a bad experience please contact me, I am going to find a lawyer and make it where anyone can join.

There's one employee at this Gainesville, VA lab that needs to be disciplined for abusing her coworkers. Loud, arrogant, telling all the patients in a large room, "I'm the team leader!" Then she takes a long time doing anything, while the Spanish employees do everything. My email is not my real name.

It is impossible to speak with a live person. Non stop voicemail run around. I should have gone to Cleveland clinic.I'm sure they don't use an s-hole place like this for their diagnostics. I feel unhealthier and worse off just with the frustration of trying to get through to somebody. If you are looking to shorten your life span by stress call them!!!! It's not fair that there is not an option for negative stars!!

The phlebotomist had a terrible attitude. I have very very tiny veins and always ask for a butterfly needle when getting my blood drawn. She ignored my request and was about to use the regular thick needle and I asked her to please use a butterfly. Her response was a surly "Why?" I said because I'm asking you to that's why. She first claimed to not have any butterflies but then found one. She was rude and uncaring. I have had other experiences like this at Quest Diagnostics Stamford. Worker morale seems to be at an all time low.

Their payment portal is the worst I've ever used. I make online payments all the time and can typically accomplish the task in a couple of minutes tops. I've been trying to pay my most recent bill and I can't figure it out. Their site is complete garbage.

I can not believe at all locations there is no one who greets you. Its an open room with a stand to sign in electronically. Some people waste time and think someone will come out to help only to waste time before they realize they have to sign in. No window to ask a question. No human interaction. The "walk in" is a joke. You stay there until the last "appointment" person is call, which can be hours. I just had to drop off a sample an sign for it. ( there are people that just need to pick up what they need to give a sample ) it shouldn't take two hours to wait just to do that. Quest treats people like cattle. Vets are more compassionate. Horrible HORRIBLE lab.
