Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased a 4th pair of these glasses because they are great for just slipping in my pocket and especially when traveling. The 4th pair opened very stiffly, so stiffly that I used two hands to make sure I didn’t bend the frame. I reached out to customer service and, after providing a video of the issue, they immediately sent me a replacement pair. Outstanding customer service!

Handy and easy to use
I bought this for my wife and my friend, my wife immediately fell in love with the same. Very handy and easy to carry.

Super happy with the reading glasses…

I kept telling myself “you don’t need…
I kept telling myself “you don’t need readers, just keep squinting.” Then I got them and wow, books and my phone are so much clearer. I was not gentle with the readers in my phone case. Broke a nosepiece. Sent in a photo to support, couple days later they said they are sending a replacement at no cost. Great service.

I have been using these for years
I have been using these for years. The work great. AND the best part is you can still the case on the back of your phone and always have them with you. The case and glasses is about the size of 2 credit cards ot top of each other. These are a must-have. And when I scratched them by accident, I went to live chat and because it happened within 6 months, they replaced them. YOU MUST BUY THESE IF YOU NEED CHEATERS AND ARE OLDER!!!

Great product, even better customer service.
Great product, customer service. My only complaint is that these glasses do break after a period of time-usually at the nose piece. I show these to people almost daily and everyone is impressed.
