hardly any improvement from 2.5 to 3.0
I had no problem with half glasses, but there was no discernable difference between my 2.5 and the new 3.0 half glasses.

I had an issue with a pair of my thin optics and Customer Service took care of it immediately and sent me a replacement. I was so impressed with their service.

I have worn ThinOptics readers for many…
I have worn ThinOptics readers for many years. I absolutely love them. They can be a little fragile sometimes, but Customer Service has always come through with replacements. I can’t stand heavy frames on my face and these readers fit the bill perfectly. Keep up the good work!

Thin optics customer service was top notch
Thin optics customer service was top notch. They replace a pair of sunglasses and it was an easy transaction . I would highly recommend this company . Thank you thin optics !

Customer Service
I ordered a pair of readers and selected the color blue but at checkout the color selection reverted to black. I sent an email to ThinOptics asking if they could change the order or cancel it. I didn't hear back from them before the order was shipped. I got an email after informing me that they're shipping a pair of blue readers at no cost and I don't have to return the original order. Now that's what I call exceptional customer service!

Great Customer Service
I had an issue with my ThinOptics reading glasses, and Miguel from their customer service team was outstanding. He responded quickly, professional, and promptly sent me a replacement pair without any hassle. It’s rare to see such efficient and caring service these days. I’m very happy with both the product and the support, highly recommend ThinOptics!

Super fast support response with clear instructions for replacement item, very pleased with service. It was exemplary customer service experience. Alot of the foreign companies could learn a thing or two from thinoptics. Treat a customer right and you'll get a loyal customer for life .
