This is a great product, but really sold me was their customer service. My package did not make it but Customer Service was very helpful-a real plus in today's time. Everyone should order this innovative tool.

This toothbrush has changed my life. It feels like I just left the dentist after every brush. The customer service has also been to lovely to deal with. Real humans who get back to you so quickly.

Have had nothing but wonderful experience with Autobrush! Originally purchased for my kids to help them brush better and have better habits - then bought the brush for myself and husband. Our subscriptions are on alternating months, but it works out well - sometimes we need to pause them, but its never been an issue with skipping or turning back on. And their customer service when we've been missing items, or needed to exchanged for a larger brush size (growing kids, right??) has been spectacular. Most recently needed to handle a warranty issue as the base of one of our brushes stopped turning on - handled in a matter of hours. simply amazing.

Great customer service. Someone stole my package and they replaced it immediately. The response time was very quick as well.

You pretty much get roped into a subscription that then processes without warning and at a much higher price than your initial order. They don't issue refunds even when you process their return form and have tracking showing they received the package weeks ago. Customer service says they canceled your subscription and then 3 months later Bam another surprise charge. The autobrush head fits poorly and was a real disappointment, especially for the very high cost even for 1 replacement head. Terrible company and bad product.

Our team has already reached out and offered a replacement, and we’re here and ready to make sure this gets fully resolved for you. We’d love to get this sorted quickly on our end so you’re not left dealing with it any further.

Not worth it. Maybe the brush works, maybe it makes brushing easier. But the Autobrush is not worth buying because of the the terrible customer service and predatory subscription policies this company uses. For some scammy reason when you order an item (any item, it turns out even if its a his and hers set) the whole order is setup to repeat as a subscription. You'd think this would just be for brush heads and/or toothpaste. No. Its the whole order. Set to send you a whole new set every 2 months. And when the order is sent to you and you try to cancel same day. Their customer service is slow and says they are unable to cancel the order on the same day it was placed. Then they bobble you between agents who say all you have to do is send it back for a full refund. Still waiting on my refund for a product I didn't order and now they are telling me I'll have to pay for shipping back to them. STAY AWAY

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, this is not the experience we want anyone to have. Just to clarify, we offer a 30-day return policy on first orders and a 7-day return policy on subscriptions, with refunds processed once the return is received. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re not able to cancel it immediately, but we do ensure refunds are issued in line with our return policy. We’d like to look into this and help resolve it as quickly as possible, please share your order details with our support team so we can assist you right away.
