I like it. Very handy little heater and does the job.

Nice fireplace insert. My only complaint is the mix of flames should be orange and yellow not red and yellow.

I love my new Turbro stove/fireplace. It is compact and cozy and the customer service is outstanding. I received one that was missing a screw (twice) and they replaced the whole unit free of charge and timely shipping. Communication was outstanding with the issue. Thank you!

This is the best heater I have had. I purchased four of them for different rooms in our house. Highly recommended.

Ordered HR1015 and it quit working after about 30 days. Emailed customer service and John, sent me a new updated HR1500 at no charge. Received it in 3 days.

I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner but within a week they send me a new one. Very good customer service
