The customer support of Turbro is exceptional. I've got a defect item and contacted them, and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived in 2 days. This was around Thanksgiving, so I had an expectation that things might be moving slowly. However, the responses were swift and helpful. The delivery came very fast. It assured me that they care about their customers and are committed to delivering the best experience and product.
