Fantastic service! The process is very straightforward. You sign up, explain your issue in a brief summary and, within 20 minutes (for me), the doctor was calling back to discuss further. Within 15 minutes, I was on my way, which is when payment is processed. The best part? Sans insurance coverage, it was only 50 dollars for the consult. Will definitely be using them again!

I am unhappy with the fact that the physician did not read the information that I had put down in my chart (my gender, the nature of my problem). He assumed that I was a male when in actuality I am a female and this was noted in my chart. He also asked me what type of problem I was experiencing. I do not feel that I received adequate care, due to the fact that I had to explain the nature of my illness and concern, the location where the injury was (I included pictures) as well as having to state my gender. When I asked if he looked at the pictures, he said that he had and that he couldn't make an assessment because the pictures were too dark (they weren't). He didn't tell me what to do to treat the sprain, just to go to an orthopedist or sports medicine doctor! I thought that this would be convenient since my PCP was booked until next year. Boy, was I wrong. Now I have to pay out more money and find a local doctor to assess me! Complete waste of $40. Never using this again. I'm sticking with local physicians from now on. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Was ready to go out of town when UTI came on. Filled out online info at MD Proactive and got a call in about 15 minutes meds in about an hour !!

I honestly was sceptical about calling but I have two very ill family members and didn’t want to risk sitting in urgent care and bring an illness home. The doctor called me back within 30 minutes. Talked to me briefly and that was it. They sent my script to my pharmacy. I had my medicine in two hours from my initial phone call to the doctor. I’m feeling better already! This is convenient, quick, and I got taken care of!!!! I will definitely use this service again AND it was cheaper than my insurance co-pay!!
