Over all very pleased. Didnt have to go to a doctors office around people with the flu. The medication that was prescribed for me was well prescribed. Just a couple of things that wasn't perfect with the service, the Dr. was very difficult to understand and the site advertises 39.95 but there isn't a 39.95 only 49 95 and up. This is a great service for general ailments and wonderful that you don't have to travel to a doctors office when you are feeling so bad. I will use the service again. But I'm going to try to contact them about the cost descrepancy.

Extremely quick, efficient and effective

I couldn't believe how fast service went!!

UTI - Saturday night and staying out of town so decided to try MDProactive. Took longer to fill out online information form than time I waited for call from physician. In About 5 minutes I received a call back and spent a few minutes discussing my symptoms and UTI history. Dr sent script to local drugstore and meds ready to be picked up 15 minutes after drugstore opened on Sunday morning. Will use again if needed

Was suppose to get prescription within the hour. 15-20 hours later I got the prescription, with 2 phone calls and 2 emails

Amazing and quick service. Was dealing with a 4 year old who had ear infection. A two year old who had pink eye..,and myself with a sinus infection. Doctor wasgreat and my script was ready quickly. We are all on the mend!
