Amazing Customer Service!
Amazing Customer Service! Thank you to all of the wellness advisors for solving my issue so quickly. My order was shipped with the wrong address and it was not able to be canceled. So the recipient wrote return to sender. I reached out via email today to check on the order and they replaced it immediately and sent it to the correct address. They were so polite and resolved this issue so quickly.. quicker than I could hit reply to my email. Thank you so much!

Sizes, Colors, Great Service
Like the good descriptions of sizes of masks, and the fact that you offer various sizes. Enjoyed ordering various styles of masks and trying them. Liked the dark blue color, which is less clinical.

They use to be a good company
Well first off The whole reason I ordered from WellBefore Is because I kept getting burnd by other companies sending me fake kn95 mask's so I ordered through this company I found on a government listing where people could order from without getting fake masks sold to you so my first orders where good but now I've had a subscription for over a year now and now it's happening it's a hit or miss lately you could get real ones or fake ones I'm probably just going to cut ties with this company unless I hear from them but the way this company has been lately I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone it's a waste of money

However, with mass production, occasional inconsistencies can occur. We sincerely apologize if you received one of these batches.
