First of all, I love the masks I am getting from WellBefore--the quality, fit, comfort, and the colors! When I wanted to order a new color for a monthly order, I was a bit confused about precisely how to do that, yet I went in and changed the color request. Wanting to assure that the new color had been received, I emailed the helpline to confirm. And lo, it was confirmed in the timeframe indicated in the auto-reply. Great product and great service!
