Your KN95 masks give me and my family a high level of reassurance when we wear them in crowded situations. I appreciate the promptness with which they arrive as well. Thank you all for your dedication to the health needs of so many people!

We've been using these masks since 2020 for our kids and they've worked wonderfully. The kids like the colors; their parents appreciate the protection.

I have ordered multiple sets of masks, both white and black, with different styles of holding bands (over ear, over head). All have worked very well. My only issue has been that the automatic send dates available come too close together for me, which would result in ordering more masks than I need. Fortunately, WellBefore lets me skip those shipping dates so I only get masks when I want them.

Hi, E Thanks for your detailed feedback, we are so pleased to read that you are satisfied with our products and services, but also that we were able to assist you by skipping your upcoming orders as needed. Thanks again for your business. Best wishes!

The masks were only offered in one size and it was too small. Three sizes should be offered - one for kids and smaller adults, one standard, and one large. The company responded that additional sizes will be offered in the future. When that occurs, I would change my rating to 5 stars.
Response from WellBefore· Feb 28, 2023
Hi RWT, we are sorry to know our lack of resources to provide the sizes of masks exactly like we were doing with the regular KN95 and 3D style models non-Pro. If you allow us to explain, and as you may have wondered, this is a recent new product, and we released the regular version for now, just like we did with the other models. Please bear with us as in the future we will start having more sizes. As a family owned business, we're constantly working to provide improvements in our models as fast as possible. If you ever need anything, do not hesitate to contact our customer service lines. We are 1 click away to provide assistance! Stay safe.
