First of all, WellBefore carries excellent products. The company describes its products well, makes ordering simple, and delivers exactly when promised. I have placed several orders for members of my family in two locations. Every detail was perfect. In the one case that I provided a tiny bit of negative evaluation, the staff of WellBefore made it right--even seizing on my feedback and reshipping one product at no cost to me. These are real human beings who listen.
