WellBefore delivered just as promised, and the masks were great. They fit well and are durable for multiple days of use, after a quarantine period of 7 days after each use. We're happy customers, and the New York Times was our source of information on WellBefore. Thanks. We have ordered twice. I don't remember the dates.

For those who read reviews, I previously just left a review bemoaning the fact that the new masks we recently ordered were not the 5 layered ones we had ordered in the past. My comments were somewhat blunt and harsh, and, as I now know (thanks to a very prompt and detailed explanation by CSA Jocelyn Loor) were way out of line before knowing the reason why the change in layers. Jocelyn clearly explained that the "new" masks now have a "premium non woven layer"which works for TWO layers. She further stated that they have re-designed the masks to have a "perfect balance of thickness, weight and filtration which is up to 97% and above." Based on our experience with this company, I am completely satisffied with her explanation and offer my sincere apologies for jumping to an erroneous conclusion and, basically "bad mouthing" a great and caring company (she also stated that "we sincerely care for each customer.) These are the best masks! I get the Petite Regular size and they are perfect for me. They dont come up so high on the bridge of my nose that they cover my lower eyelids but they still fully cover my nose and mouth. Will definately buy again.
