Workfront has revolutionized the way our in-house marketing and design unit does business. Our clients now have total transparency and can see and communicate with the creative team on their project and are able to provide feedback easily and in "real-time." Workfront is a sophisticated communication HUB where all creative activity and time spent on a project, communication between client and department and creative team members live in a single location. We no longer have to "collect" hard copies of anything, including client proofing feedback or general correspondence related to the project and add them to the project jacket. With Workfront, it all lives electronically in one place and can be easily accessed anytime. Even when a creative team member leaves the organization, we still have all the correspondence and activity of that member as it pertained to the project. For the creative team and project managers, Workfront allows us to easily create and generate reports that demonstrate our value to the division and the entire organization, measure the success of our KPI's, and prove our ROI.

Great tool. As a new PMP, I find Workfront invaluable for meeting my needs to align PMI methodology with managing projects. Managing risks, issues, and the schedule all together effortlessly while at the same time being a central repository for any and all project artifacts. Again, great tool.

WorkFront allows us to bring visibility across all department projects. This allows our Governance Team to really focus on whether or not a project aligns with the companies strategic goals. The reporting features allow the team to see current status, health, issues and late tasks on a project. The use of project templates let's us set a standard resulting in fewer missed tasks related to compliance, marketing and project closure.
