Get lost at times trying to navigate.

Workfront is a good product but there are LOTS of bugs. Most of the time we have to wait on bugs to be resolved because WF is trying to figure out what the code is supposed to actually do and we end up having to explain it to them. This is VERY frustrating. We've been with WF for about 5 years and know it better than a lot of WF employees. It's also incredibly frustrating when WF rolls out aesthetic things like a new font or updated icons and that takes precedence over making sure that functionality works.

Overall, good for requesting items and artwork approval. Not very user friendly in design and appealing to the eye. The tasks and assignments to specific people are not available and would like a work flow template to be able to be used and alerts sent to people once one person finished or checks off task, rather than having to comment name.

I can't believe how worthless workfront is. I hate it so much. It is absolutely the worst time tracking and project management software I have ever used and I used a lot. Expansive, slow, no mobile I can go on and on. Stay AWAY
