Workfront is simply amazing. I'm still trying to figure out how I lived without it.

It's a great system that will be great for our team once it's completely rolled out. We've had some issues with adoption - no one ever likes change! But, know that this will be an invaluable tool for us once we get everyone on board.

overly comprehensive without the ability to hide/remove a lot of stuff we don't need too steep a learning curve for implementation and new users there ought to be instance tiers for smaller organizations that don't need all the things

Even with our limited experience with Workfront (< 1 year) I can say the software is exactly what we need in order to consolidate project management tools and meetings and gain user adoption in order to provide the necessary data to management for making enterprise decisions. We greatly appreciate Workfront's company culture and how it reflects in the solid software platform and willingness to listen and adapt to clients' needs.

WorkFront is a great tool for an organization to be able to really get themselves organized, forecasting future work, reporting, and overall communication. My only downfall is that sometimes there are TOO many ways of doing different tasks within the tool and can be very overwhelming to a new user/team. It would be helpful to have "best practices" to show what the most common way of using the tool is and so forth.
