I've used ESA Pet for years and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help with obtaining ESA Housing and/or Travel letters. They are extremely friendly, responsive, and professional. Any time I've had questions, they've answered them the same day, whether by email or phone. The communication, staff, and service are all top-notch. I can't say enough great things about them.

The therapist was great, the only reason it isn't a 5 is because the website has issues & I needed the therapist to send me the paperwork via email. Also there's no help on the site & no one to message or call when it's glitchy or if there's a question. I probably won't recommend this site again.

We are so happy to hear this, Armando. We pride ourselves on making sure that your experience is seamless since we understand how delicate the need for this product is. All of our therapists are vetted per licensure per state, and we have such a good relationship with them that they keep us as a priority when we assign a letter. So, knowing this helps us continue doing better. And, we now have a referral program that we are very excited to share with you since it benefits you and your buddy, so let us know if you would like to know more.
