I recently switched to Fastmail for managing emails for my family. The Family Plan (up to six people) is fantastic value for money, and the entire configuration and migration was a breeze. I had a question that was quickly answered by Fastmail's excellent support team. Highly recommend if you need a fast, cost-effective and easy-to-use email service.

Great customer service and support. I had a few issues when migrating from my old POBOX email account, which was taken over by Fastmail, and the support team were responsive and helpful.

If you live in Australia Fastmail may interest you as an Aussie company offering email services based on sovereign infrastructure and a market differentiator of focus on security. Although you can use their servers in conjunction with email clients such as eM client and Outlook these connections come at an additional price. I have opted to trial their home grown apps for windows and android which seem to work satisfactorily if you don't need integration with Microsoft products. However the mail server infrastructure seems prone to outages and support is available only via an online ticketing system which apparently uses the same infrastructure potentially leaving users abandoned without a phone support service or adequate information as to the status or cause of an outage.

The service was recommended to me by a former colleague and I haven't looked back since, The Support team are swift to respond and provide a detailed explanation regarding any query. Absolute five star service!

I've had no reason to speak to Fastmail support since I started using them in 2017. I can't properly explain how amazing it is to have a service that *just works* for that long without needing *anything* from them. I am beyond delighted with them and will stay with them indefinitely.
