Everything was great! I needed more time and Hannah made sure I got it. She's walked me through every step and answered all of my questions. Freespira has really changed my life.

What made my experience so positive were the people. Everyone that I spoke to was so nice, I have Parkinson's, and my speech was often affected and I was always treated with respect and kindness. Natasha worked with me weekly and I usually had a difficult time with the breathing exercises, but Natasha always found something positive to say to me.

My experience was very positive. I spoke virtually to a counselor that literally saved me and taught me how to breathe again. I use the patterned breathing still. It’s a useful tool to have in my back pocket if I begin to feel panic attacks coming on again.

I was honestly skeptical of the whole thing, but once I had a personal representative explain the whole program, and how/why it works, I was willing to give it a try. I still never expected the results I experienced! From nearly constant overwhelming anxiety, feeling like I was only ever seconds away from another anxiety attack, to a clear head. My anxiety reduced majorly, and my anxiety attacks are few and far between. Like very few. It’s not a cure all for anxiety, but it did lessen my symptoms dramatically. The fact that I can use the tones to still “meditate” in a sense and bring myself back to center has also been a huge help. My only disappointment is that they haven’t developed a true app for those who have completed freespira - one that would allow you to use the tones, and track your sessions after the fact anytime you want. I realize it won’t have the capnograph capabilities, but would still be nice to see the tracking of your sessions and easy access to the tones at various intervals.
