This is a new method of treating panic attacks, and anything that helps (in this case, controlling and slowing breathing) has been proven to work. It was actually a refresher course for me as I have been practicing controlled breathing for several years now. I liked the counselors I met online, they were pleasant and helpful. However, I wish there had been more follow-up counseling by professionals to ensure those of us who suffer from panic attacks have some ideas of how to get rid of these attacks.

The daily repetition helped me retain the sound and speed of the sessions. However. If you want to do us customers a big favor, you would send us monthly or quarterly, an email exhibiting the visual and sound. As time passes the memory fades.
