Quality products backed up great customer service
Good quality products, easy set-up and awesome customer service. The roller and shangri-la blinds I ordered came in perfect and set-up was a breeze. Customer service was very responsive with any questions or help I needed.

Very responsive to questions and good…
Very responsive to questions and good quality control. They caught a number of problems that I had created and fixed them before we went forward with a product. The product worked great and still works great in the house. Very happy at the reasonable cost and great product.

Highly recommend Graywind!
We’ve purchased a total of seven motorized shades from Graywind in the last two or three years and they’ve been great!! I especially like the option of charging them with a charging cable, but for some we had to get a solar panel for charging. Those are newer so I hope they will work effectively. We’ve needed customer support and technical support from Graywind and they are fantastic about responding and resolving issues!! The shades are great quality and look very nice in our home. Also so functional.

Great customer service

Quality blinds, good experience
Outdoor remote control blinds came promptly, were easy to install, and work well. I was able to talk with them to confirm measurements. Would buy again
