Recieved my Hoverfly T4 mobility scooter on 7/3/25. Charged battery and got familiar with it for a mile or so. Then the next day 7/4/25, I fully charged battery again to 27.1volts then rode it for a total of 7.1 miles at the fastest speed (stopped 3or4 times around 5min +/- each time) then finished at 24.2volts with 2 green bars left. I just didn't want to (at the time) take the battery down any further. Now the terrain was all concrete sidewalks & a big blacktop parking lot, all in great condition. Also, the area's where I rode was mostly flat but sometimes gradual inclines for 10-50 yards at a time, not a problem. I'm a big guy around 265lbs, which I think made this a great battery & distance TEST run. And I felt comfortible & secure the entire time. So this Hoverfly T4 scooter is legit & well built. I'm planning on going to three area County Fair's this Summer. Was hoping to get at least 4 to 6 miles at each fair, I think I'll be OK.

Very disappointed. I ordered a replacement battery for my Hoverfly. You kept telling it was coming for 3 weeks.It never came. Then you tell me their out of stock. At 83, not walking well was depending on it to arrive. I still haven't seen the refund which was paid with my Amazon account. Please reply to this message. Thank you Eileen Petzold

turning just not enough turning to turn corners not near enough to get in apartment. Now i tried several times to get support with no luck email coming saying no such address also i was gonna order a bike till i could`nt get support that is no good for businee thank u hope u do something about these 2 subjects

What I ordered I thought was rated for 500 lbs. I weight 255. The seat plate bent and through me off the first small bump I hit. The seat is not adjustable and the leg room is for someone 5' tall. It hasn't traveled more than 500' since I received it. Also the turning radius isn't near tight enough. You couldn't use it in a Walmart without reversing two or three times to turn down an isle. It just seems cheaply made. I would like to return it for a full refund. I have located a used one for $800 that is a lot heavier made that for sure will fit me.

It took a month and a half to receive the scooter. It was promised to me several times that it would be delivered to only get pushed back. The scooter was for my son to take to college for the summer and it arrived too late for him to take it. He is over 5 hours away. The packaging was completely destroyed and the scooter had banged around inside the box. It was taped again to keep the box together. Meanwhile my son is walking everywhere because of you false advertising on the shipping and delivery dates. I would like to be compensated for this awful experience.

Bike came super fast - bought for my 14 year old daughter and she loves it.
