Good price. One part wouldn’t go on we will have to do some bending to get it on. I think we will be able to. The little anti-tip thing. As for the ride, so far so good.

There is no communication. Sent me the wrong scooter. I ordered a T3 . I have been trying to send the T4 back. You will not send me a return address or phone number. I have sent you several emails to no avail.call me at 214-893-8233 or email me , to get this resolved. Thank you

I ordered my T4 Red on June 3rd and haven’t received it yet. I’ve sent several emails regarding the status of my order and have never received a response. Still waiting.

The scooter is great except I feel the levers to pull (forward and reverse) are plastic and may not last very long.

Customer service refused to answer question regarding my order go 3+ weeks and 8 emails later. Hoverfly has no phone number to call to get information regarding my order which had yet to ship when they promised a 3-5 day delivery which was many days ago. Nobody at Hoverfly will tell me what is going on with my order! Good luck everyone!
