Great platform and great for Customer…
Great platform and great for Customer Service use with a big team. Also the staff at Live Agent are always on hand to assist and quick to resolve any issues.

Great Support Platform
An excellent platform for our customer service team that brings calls, email and live chat in one. The team at Live Agent are excellent, always on hand to answer any queries.

Live Agent is very accessible and easy…
Live Agent is very accessible and easy to use. Navigation throughout the application is very straight forward. Administration is kept simple with setting up a site very quick and easy.

All my team like and use it very weel
All my team like and use it very weel, its very simple We would like an executive account that speaks our native language (portugues) Its simple for everyone to use, and our clients ar very happy

LiveAgent for Travel Agents
In my experience, LiveAgente as a work platform is very effective, it helps us to solve our needs, it is easy to use, it helps to improve our management and support elements, it makes things much easier at work, it is an excellent platform.

LiveAgent for Travel Agents
I like this software because is very user friendly. You have everything in the same place, you can call to coworkers, send mails, receive, have a better data organization. You can store and manage your costumers data with ease. You can choose the language of the software. Is very practical for everyone.

LiveAgent for Omnichannel Travel Agency
I am a co-founder of an Online Travel Agency that operates in some Latin American countries and I found LiveAgent looking for software that would centralize all the communication channels that I have with clients and in turn work as a CRM to be able to provide an exceptional experience to our Travellers. With LiveAgent we were able to set up our call center without sophisticated configurations or large hardware investments, something difficult to achieve in our markets. Its implementation and adaptation of our agents was very fast; we increase our operational capacity and our sales.
