after many years of use. the support service is terrible only good for ironic comments. my work daily routine the last months is just a nightmare spending hour just waiting to ladesk work properly. while all others website works very fast. the only help i got is to advice me change device or connection.

LiveAgent has all the features and functionalities that you would expect from a helpdesk software, plus also great customer support. It’s well-structured and e.g. all communication (tickets, chats, etc.) pertaining to one specific customer are all in one place.

Live Agent is simply the best product that we - a growing company that markets a fitness app with a MLM component - use on a regular basis. The pricing is fair, and the LA people get back to any of our CS inquiries VERY quick. Features include easy-to-install live chat, ticketing, customer service issues (basic & complex), a very simple interface that even our more technologically-challenged executives such as myself can utilize. Highly recommend it!

We use the program in the company to service our clients. We design websites and there are quite a lot of questions and comments. LiveAgent helps us organize the work of technical support. We have fewer calls and reports in various communication channels - everything goes to one place. That's a great thing.

Started blocking our account suddenly. Reason given was you haven’t logged into your account for a few weeks. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of, really.

We had a serious problem when Liveagent was sending multiple retires to non-existent email address. That happened in background and not seen by the users of the app. Such an activity is considered as spam by email providers, hence Google triggered an alert and suspended user account. We contacted Liveagent support to fix this issue, but didn't even get a reply, 3 days passed, but despite multiple reminders we still have no response from their Support. Irony is that this platform is designed for customer support, but it's own support does not seem to be customer oriented.
