I think that Live Agent is pretty good but the only thing I would recommend adding is an option to merge tickets together. Many of our clients send in individual tickets so we receive multiple tickets from the person about the same problem. Merging the tickets together would be very useful.

For the most part I am happy with chats and emails. I would like if the incoming call feature was a bit updated. Sometimes calls will overlap and I can not answer them.

Thank you for the feedback. Don't worry, right now we're developing a new stable in-house call center that's going to be more complex with additional call features and reports. Its basic version should be released at the beginning of next year.

This is a great customer support system, complete with full response features by email or chat, as well as incorportating phone support. And the best part is that you can have a team of people working together to handle tickets and calls and chats all at the same time and not have overlaps or confusion.
