I am using LiveAgent almost 2 years at my blog / Vinyl store page phono.sk And I am impressed in many functions and features which LiveAgent have. I am able to do everything from one place. I can make new Facebook posts or answer my customers directly in few seconds, via desktop or mobile application of LiveAgent when I am on the roads. I can fully recommend the software. Keep doing the great work guys!

I gave it a 4-star because it's not perfect but it fulfills my basic requirement for a multi-channel helpdesk tool at the best price. Merge feature is a necessity. I hope the developers are working on this. Reporting is already good but I like the reporting feature of Spiceworks better.

I can say without hesitation that LiveAgent is the best app we’re using in the office. Now I can not imagine to work without it and solving emails in Outlook again would be impossible.
