NOT happy at all.... First : there was incorrect info with the watch on the website. Second : the watch I wanted was supposed to have original papers... this turned out to be a warranty card... that is something else than original papers. So incorrect info again. There were two similar (Superocean) watches available : one from 2011 and one from 2014 (with a different bracelet). I bought the 2014 but received the 2011... The watch that I bought was "no longer available"... They should have retrieved my 2014 watch and send it to me. So, based on my whole experience : VERY BAD and DISSAPOINTING.

My 2nd order was just as smooth as the first...Thanks Phigora!
